Anne Newman

History

Anne Newman, a History Concentrator from Colorado, wrote her thesis on the role of Cistercian monasteries in shaping local and state identities within the Mark of Meißen and the Duchy of Silesia in the twelfth through fourteenth centuries, and specifically how these monasteries contributed to the Germanization of the east.
